Finance Manager

Role Overview

Finance Manager supporting senior business leaders and their teams. You will serve as a financial partner by driving planning, forecasting, and analysis of Selling Expenses, using analytics and improving finance processes and models.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including:
  • Development of executive reporting
  • Trend and variance analysis
  • Identification of risks and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations and business reviews across multiple leadership levels
• Build partnerships with business owners to improve financial projections and processes
• Support ad-hoc analytics, projects, and strategic initiatives as needed

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience (degree or equivalent required)
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, modeling, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated success building business partnerships across multiple organizational levels
• Executive presence, including presenting to leadership
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication

Additional / Nice-to-Haves

• Strong analytical skills and ability to build and analyze financial models
• Organized, dependable, efficient, results-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating across functions and geographies
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase or SmartView, and SQL
• MBA preferred in finance or related field
