Role Overview

Finance Manager, Finance Operations at Joko. Own the reliability, timeliness, and completeness of Joko’s financial information while strengthening processes and controls as the company scales globally.

Key Missions

Ensure the reliability, punctuality, and completeness of Joko’s financial information.
Run the monthly and annual closing calendar, coordinating external accounting partners and auditors.
Manage accounts payable and receivable: keep invoicing, payments, and collections under control.
Drive an international accounting build-out.
Manage cash and strengthen financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements

Strong ownership of financial information quality, including closing calendars and AP/AR processes.
Experience managing accounts payable/receivable workflows (invoicing, payments, collections).
Ability to coordinate external accounting partners and auditors.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience supporting international accounting and global scaling finance operations.
