Finance Manager

Role Overview

Databricks is seeking a Finance Manager to join its FP&A team. You will analyze consumption growth drivers, partner with GTM stakeholders, and drive executive decision-making through financial modeling and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Solve analytical problems by gathering and summarizing large datasets to enable efficient executive decisions
• Lead the end-to-end recommendation process
• Build trusted partnerships across Sales, Finance, Commercialization, Data Science, Accounting, IT, and Business Operations (and technical teams)
• Create and maintain financial and operational models supporting real-time forecasts for key metrics
• Propose and implement solutions to drive key financial metrics in partnership with the GTM team
• Improve processes through standardization, simplification, controls, and reporting enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or an equivalent quantitative field
• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics
• Strong cross-functional business partnership skills, especially with GTM organizations
• Financial modeling experience aligned with industry best practices; ability to manage complex spreadsheets (with Google Sheets as a plus)
• Strong data analysis skills and data-driven insight generation
• Ability to communicate financial results clearly via reports, charts, and narratives
• Experience with GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics

Pay

• Zone 1: $169,100–$232,550 USD (non-commissionable role/on-target earnings context as described by the employer)
