About the role
Role overview
Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A is an advanced individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Finance. You will lead Omnidian’s company-wide planning, forecasting, and management reporting, own the integrated corporate financial model, and translate financial and operational performance into recommendations for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Corporate Modeling & Strategy
- Own, maintain, and scale the corporate financial model and integrated three-statement P&L framework
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting across all COGS and OpEx lines
- Build advanced scenario planning models for high-stakes strategic initiatives
- Analyze financial performance to resolve complex operational issues, and identify enterprise-level risks
Partnership & Executive Reporting
- Prepare high-visibility reporting for executive leadership, QBRs, and Board meetings
- Partner with Accounting and business unit leaders to optimize decision-making models
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A tools, methodologies, and system infrastructure
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience, with a track record driving corporate processes
- Strong expertise in P&L management, corporate planning, and advanced financial modeling
- Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and advise senior leadership
- Deep proficiency with ERP and enterprise planning ecosystems, specifically NetSuite and Salesforce
Nice to have
- Experience building/scaling executive and Board-level reporting presentations
- Industry background in high-growth SaaS, renewable energy, or field services
- Familiarity with performance-based revenue models or guarantee liabilities
