Finance Manager

Role Overview

As a Finance Manager on the GTM (Go-To-Market) Finance team, you will help drive the financial strategy behind BILL’s go-to-market engine. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance for GTM, your work will support Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales operations by connecting spend decisions to revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO OpEx financial management across Sales and Marketing (budget ownership, variance analysis, and spend forecasting).
• Build and maintain revenue models linking GTM investment to ARR outcomes, new business targets, and pipeline performance (dynamic and scenario-ready).
• Lead Payback, LTV, and CAC analysis across GTM segments, translating unit economics into actionable insight.
• Drive Forecast Operations and process management, owning the monthly/quarterly planning cadence and ensuring timely, accurate inputs from Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for CRO leadership (e.g., identifying winning areas, overspending, and next investment priorities).
• Partner on headcount planning, territory ROI, and program investment decisions.
• Prepare executive-level financial packages for monthly business reviews, board prep, and leadership requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements in GTM Finance operations to build scalable reporting and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance business partner experience.
• Direct experience with OpEx management and revenue modeling in a B2B SaaS/technology environment.
• Experience supporting GTM/Sales/Marketing as a finance partner, including budget ownership and headcount planning.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and what-if analysis.
• Comfortable working closely with CRO-level leadership.
