Role: Finance Manager (Fintech)

Own and drive finance strategy that connects technical roadmaps to corporate financial performance.

Make Your Impact

Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as a finance counselor to executives; collaborate to track progress, optimize spend, and evaluate ROI of new technical initiatives.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Own end-to-end planning and forecasting, including the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
Corporate Analysis & Trends: Analyze company-wide financial trends, run industry benchmarking, and identify macro shifts in SaaS efficiency to guide leadership.
Month-End Close: Oversee month-end close for your departments; manage accruals and variance analysis and translate results into the rolling forecast.
Business Case Analysis: Lead financial vetting for major tech decisions, including Build vs. Buy frameworks, cloud infrastructure optimization, and third-party vendor efficiency analysis.
Advanced Reporting: Architect automated dashboards for key KPIs such as R&D as % of Revenue, Cloud Cost per Transaction, and Developer Productivity metrics.

What You’ll Need

Data fluency: Strong Excel skills; ability to work with ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle) and FP&A tools (Adaptive, Hyperion).
Strategic, analytical mindset: Identify the “why” behind financial performance and connect operational spikes to broader trends.
Technical curiosity: Understand how a tech stack scales and translate concepts (e.g., cloud latency, DevOps cycles) into financial risk/opportunity.
SaaS expertise: Understand SaaS P&L levers and measure efficiency for sustainable growth.

Experience & Education

6–8+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance, ideally in high-growth SaaS or Fintech.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
Strong accounting fundamentals (accruals, software capitalization, opex vs. capex).
Experience with ERP finance systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Oracle.
