Accelerating Appalachia (ACAP) is a social enterprise founded in 2013 that builds regenerative agriculture networks and supports resilient regenerative supply chains and local economies across eight states in Central and Southern Appalachia. It works with producers—often USDA-identified historically underserved farmers—and growth-stage regenerative companies in food, fiber, and forest products, including through the USDA-funded BAAR program.
