Role overview

Join Recare as a Finance Data & Analytics Working Student (remote). You’ll support key finance initiatives by analyzing financial data, building dashboards, improving reporting processes, and assisting strategic FP&A work.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data to produce reliable, stakeholder-ready insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and improve reporting processes.
Support FP&A activities, including:
- Forecasting
- Ad-hoc deep dives / analyses
- Tool introductions and data migrations
Think in terms of systems and process improvements, promoting tidy schemas, clear definitions, and reproducible work.

Requirements

Prior internship or working student experience in Data, Analytics, BI, Finance Systems, or similar analytical/technical roles.
Advanced SQL/Python and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Tech-savvy with experience in Looker (or similar BI tools).
Experience with Google AppScript and cloud warehouses, e.g. Snowflake.
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in a relevant field.
Availability of 15–20 hours/week.
Strong communication in English (B2+); German is a plus.
GDPR-aware handling of financial data; reliable and discreet.

Nice to have

Experience with CRM/ERP/Accounting systems, e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, DATEV (or similar).
