Join Limble as a Field Marketing Manager for a six-month contract covering parental leave. In this hands-on role, you will manage Limble-hosted events, co-own the industry tradeshow program, and drive attendance and meeting set in collaboration with Sales. You will also be the on-site lead for events and report on their success. This position offers a fully remote work environment, flexible PTO, and comprehensive health benefits. Profile: - Available to start October 1, 2026 and commit through March 31, 2027 - Unflappable under pressure — when the A/V fails or a speaker cancels, you have a plan B ready - Proven track record running events end to end — logistics, vendors, on-site execution, and follow-up — with measurable pipeline results - Customer-first thinker who designs experiences with empathy and purpose - Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-through and true ownership of the details - Collaborative by default — you make the Sales and Partnerships teams better at every event - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at different stages while keeping every detail on track - 4+ years of experience executing B2B field marketing or events programs in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment - Fast to ramp and self-directed; comfortable picking up an in-flight program and running with it - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders quickly - Willingness and ability to travel for on-site event execution - Curious, data-informed, and driven by measurable impact - Comfort managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with fiscal discipline and creative problem-solving - Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them - Experience partnering directly with Sales or SDR teams to drive event attendance and set meetings
