Role: Fast Formula Developer (Oracle Cloud HCM)

Location: Remote (EST preference)

Duration: 1 year

Why the role is open

The team is behind on an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and needs additional support.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas in a production environment.
Translate complex business rules into accurate Fast Formula logic.
Support Oracle HCM Cloud functional areas such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.

Requirements (Must-haves)

Proven experience developing and deploying Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas in production.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including:
- HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Absence Management
Ability to analyze complex business rules and implement them in formula logic.
