Role Overview

Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d) with a focus on Low-Code / No-Code to further develop and optimize the company’s digital business processes and applications used by hundreds of employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize digital business processes using modern low-code/no-code platforms
• Create applications, apps, workflows, and automations
• Support the rollout and ongoing improvement of AI-assisted solutions
• Integrate systems such as ERP, MES, Microsoft 365, and databases
• Analyze, document, and optimize processes in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Conduct tests and ensure high data and process quality
• Maintain and improve existing applications and automation solutions
• Participate in digitalization and transformation projects
• Provide 2nd-level support for end users

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship/training as Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung or comparable qualification
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and modern technologies
• Basics in JavaScript, C#, Python, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of databases (SQL) and interfaces (REST, APIs)
• Understanding of modern cloud applications
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with analytical thinking
• Strong customer orientation and good communication/team skills
• High initiative, reliability, and flexibility
• Willingness for continuous professional and personal development
• Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and/or cloud-based applications is implied
