Exploit Developer - AI Trainer

Role Overview

You will work as an independent contractor to help advance AI security systems by evaluating AI-generated cybersecurity content and solving security-focused technical problems. You can enjoy remote flexibility, choose which projects to take, and work on your own schedule using your own computer.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and validity (e.g., threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, offensive security techniques)
• Design and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI models
• Write clear technical explanations and security-relevant code
• Provide feedback that shapes the reasoning and behavior of next-generation AI security models

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (e.g., penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent roles), including government/military cyber operations
• Some coding experience; comfortable navigating and patching a codebase
• English fluency (native or bilingual) and strong writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice to Have

• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, GCFA, CEH, or similar)

Contracting & Logistics

• Independent contractor position
• Remote; you choose projects and when you work
• Paid hourly via PayPal; rates start at $50–$100+/hr, with bonus rates available on some projects
• Available to candidates in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
