Executive Engagement Lead, Office of the CRO

Role overview

Lead and build Stripe’s executive engagement function within the Office of the CRO. You will shape the strategy and substance of how the CRO engages users, partners, and the executive community, creating a repeatable GTM motion as Stripe’s enterprise footprint expands.

Responsibilities

• User Executive Engagement: Maintain a live view of the CRO’s strategic customer relationships; ensure the CRO’s external time is intentional, sequenced, and supported with tracking of commitments and follow-through.
• Executive Engagement Prep: Own end-to-end briefing for strategic user/partner meetings by synthesizing account context, competitive dynamics, relationship history, and meeting objectives.
• Executive Engagement Programs: Design the operating model and programs that make executive engagement scalable, including sponsorship frameworks, criteria for deploying senior leaders, and event/cadence programming.
• Strategic Relationship Health: Build multi-threaded relationship views across the executive team for critical accounts; monitor cadence/recency and identify coverage gaps early.
• GTM Enablement & Repeatable Playbooks: Translate what you build into scalable frameworks and playbooks for GTM leadership so the broader org can run these moments consistently.

• The Chief of Staff and GTM leadership/account teams to scale the executive engagement function as the Office of the CRO grows.
