Role overview

Events Intern (September–December) or Working Student at Langdock. You’ll support planning and execution of events that build the Langdock community, learning how professional events are run end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of:
  • The conference “The Dock”
  • Customer dinners, forums, webinars, and team/community events
• Help with event planning and operations:
  • Timelines, checklists, guest lists, invitations, and registrations
  • Coordination with venues, caterers, speakers, suppliers, and external partners
• Prepare on-site/event materials:
  • Signage, name badges, welcome packages, and other details
• Support guest communication before, during, and after events
• Ensure smooth experiences for speakers, customers, prospects, and the team
• Be on-site during events to help everything run as planned
• Own specific workstreams and bring tasks to completion
• Collect learnings for future improvements (what worked/what didn’t)

Requirements

• Interested in events, marketing, community, or communications
• Enjoy organizing and tracking details
• Strong ownership mindset and follow-through
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm when plans change
• Clear, professional communication in German and English
• Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed, including on-site
• Good people sense: making attendees feel welcome and cared for
• Currently studying or recently graduated (ideally event management, marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related)
• Kind, reliable, and eager to learn (event experience is a plus but not required)

Work environment / location

• Office-based in Berlin (Greifswalder Strasse 212)
• In-person collaboration; days start at 8:30
