Ethics & Compliance Analyst

You will help scale a global Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program by performing third-party due diligence, risk-based control monitoring, and data-driven compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct third-party due diligence reviews (e.g., using Exiger), analyze findings, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Perform risk-based monitoring and testing of key ethics and compliance controls across the global E&C Program; track remediation and ensure controls work in practice.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to analyze company data, identify trends, and support leadership decision-making.
• Review and adjudicate preapproval requests, including:
  • business courtesies
  • conflicts of interest
  • university tool donations
• Apply AI to automate workflows and strengthen compliance analysis and monitoring.
• Support the development and execution of global E&C initiatives, including:
  • Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC)
  • Anti-Money Laundering
  • Antitrust compliance
• Support risk assessments (ABAC, third-party, geographic) and translate results into actionable program improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, HR, and the business.

Requirements

• Years of experience in compliance and risk management.
• Strong control-oriented thinking (controls vs. policy checklists).
• Ability to distinguish meaningful risk findings from low-value paperwork.
• Comfort communicating with GTM/business stakeholders to develop workable risk plans.
• Ability to work with imperfect data and produce actionable reporting.
• Organized and pragmatic: manage due diligence queues, monitoring, and assessments; escalate when needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience building compliance dashboards and using data for leadership reporting.
• Experience applying AI to streamline compliance workflows.
