Role Overview

ET Technical Program Manager at Plan A Technologies. You will lead program execution for Fusion / platform integration initiatives, driving technical improvements, product implementations, and tooling/process enhancements. The role focuses on standardized delivery across complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical initiatives for Fusion and platform integrations
• Drive end-to-end delivery of:
  • Technical improvements
  • Product implementations
  • Tooling and process enhancements
• Ensure projects follow standardized methodologies to maintain quality and consistency
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and assess technical risks to prevent delays
• Maintain transparent communication with senior stakeholders, including progress tracking and clear accountability
• Provide technical updates to leadership in a clear, distilled manner

Requirements

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technical programs in a cloud or platform environment
• Understanding of enterprise integration initiatives, specifically involving Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms
• Deep familiarity with software development lifecycles, technical risk assessment, and dependency mapping
• Experience implementing or enhancing technical tools and processes to improve engineering efficiency
• Strong ownership, ability to drive accountability across multiple teams, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Experience working with multiple global/enterprise stakeholders and complex program ecosystems (implied by scope and integration focus)
