Role Overview

Entry-Level (New Grad) Software Engineer (Hourly contract) for remote work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to full-stack systems and product features
• Build backend services and APIs using clean, maintainable code
• Develop user-facing interfaces and improve product functionality
• Assist with database design and data modeling for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and engineering improvements
• Debug issues and help maintain reliable production systems

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Familiarity with React and frontend development concepts
• Familiarity with Node.js and backend development
• Understanding of PostgreSQL and basic data modeling
• Knowledge of APIs and system communication principles
• Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail
