Role Overview

Entry Level Software Engineer (Full-time, remote) at Parasoleil.

You’ll help develop, test, and maintain software tools that support Parasoleil’s design, project management, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient code
Participate in code reviews
Debug and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
Contribute to web-based applications and internal system integrations
Document technical processes
Support continuous improvement of digital tools

Requirements

Strong Computer Science foundation (algorithms, data structures, software engineering principles)
Hands-on experience with programming and OOP in one or more of: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript
Basic software development practices (e.g., Git, testing, debugging)
Exposure to back-end web development concepts (e.g., APIs, databases, server-side frameworks)
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and follow coding standards
Clear communication and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset

Nice to Have

Interest in architecture, design, or building technologies
