Entry Level Developer

Role Overview

Entry-level Developer/Designer to join Aumata’s team. Ideal for someone early in their career who is curious and excited about AI and modern web technologies. You’ll work alongside the team to design, architect, deploy, and manage client websites, marketing automations, and related projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy websites for clients using modern frameworks and tools
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools daily to accelerate development, debugging, and design tasks
• Build and maintain marketing automations (email, CRM, workflows, integrations)
• Collaborate with team members and clients to translate requirements into working solutions
• Assist with ongoing website management, updates, QA, and performance monitoring
• Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency with Claude Code (or strong ability to learn it quickly)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Genuine passion for AI, automation, and emerging technology
• Self-starter mindset; willingness to learn and grow
• Diligence, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Customer-service orientation (friendly, responsive, professional)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic design sensibility and an eye for clean, user-friendly interfaces

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Framer (or similar website builders)
• Exposure to marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic deployment workflows
• Any prior freelance/internship/personal projects; a portfolio or examples (even small)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000–$55,000 based on experience + performance bonuses
