About the role
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Program Manager at Dynatrace, you will drive the success of large Dynatrace customers by accelerating product deployment and providing planning, adoption, and operational guidance. You will partner with client stakeholders, technical teams, and Dynatrace leadership to drive cultural change and strengthen Dynatrace’s position within each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level program management for end-to-end Dynatrace rollouts using the EPM Framework for up to 2 clients.
- Align Dynatrace services with partners to deliver a cohesive service delivery approach.
- Manage and deliver a broad range of services for Dynatrace technologies.
- Coordinate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Regional Service Managers to define roles and responsibilities per client.
- Lead key client meetings and presentations.
