Role Overview
As an Enterprise Product Manager at Jump, you’ll lead product strategy and execution for Jump’s largest enterprise customers (broker-dealers, financial institutions, and wirehouses). You’ll work closely with design, engineering, customer teams, and go-to-market to deliver enterprise-ready features that preserve Jump’s speed and simplicity.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize enterprise product strategy, turning complex institutional requirements into clear feature delivery.
- Own execution from pilot to rollout, balancing enterprise reliability, predictability, and speed.
- Deeply understand enterprise workflows, compliance structures, and integration needs.
- Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success to translate enterprise feedback into prioritized product requirements.
- Manage and drive enterprise integrations (e.g., CRM, planning, compliance, and data systems) for secure and scalable performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Jump is enterprise-ready and enterprise-loved.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Proven product management experience building for enterprise users in fast-moving SaaS environments.
- Strong ability to clarify ambiguous customer needs and deliver elegant, scalable solutions.
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and understanding how large financial institutions operate.
- Ability to discuss APIs and data flows and map end-to-end user workflows at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder management, navigating needs of IT, compliance, and business leadership.
- Experience building structure at an early-stage tech company.
- Strong ownership mindset (“100% responsibility”).
Nice to Have
- Track record of launching and scaling products for enterprise customers in SaaS, fintech, or workflow automation.
- Experience managing compliance-heavy requirements and enterprise integrations.
- Go-to-market partnership experience to win/expand large enterprise deals.
Salary
$160–220k
