About the role

Role Overview

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Shipper) at DAT, focused on driving growth and retention within strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll be the primary success advocate for the largest clients, ensuring they maximize value from DAT’s solutions and identifying expansion opportunities.

Key Missions

Serve as the main champion for customer success, ensuring enterprise customers get maximum value from DAT solutions.
Own measurable customer success outcomes across retention, expansion, and growth for high-value enterprise accounts.
Proactively identify expansion opportunities by analyzing customer usage patterns, business challenges, and growth trajectories.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales in SaaS.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional deal teams.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present to C-level executives.
Analytical mindset: use data to generate customer insights and business recommendations.
Ability to thrive as an individual contributor in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with CRM systems, customer success platforms, and data analysis tools.
Bachelor’s degree (preference for business, logistics, or technology focus).
Proven track record managing enterprise client relationships and driving measurable outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves

Logistics or supply chain industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise decision-making processes.
