About the role

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Agile Coach in Columbus, OH, you will influence and lead the execution of the agile transformation roadmap. You’ll provide agile leadership, mentoring, and training across Scrum, product, teams, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the agile transformation roadmap execution and provide enterprise-level agile guidance
Coach and train Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams, management, and executives
Help leaders and teams apply Agile and Lean values, principles, and practices to delight customers
Build a culture centered on safety, trust, respect, simplicity, courage, transparency, self-management, and personal accountability
Create, build, and deliver customized agile/lean (and complementary) training
Communicate progress and results effectively to agile stakeholders
Recommend, launch, influence, and facilitate collaborative agile groups (e.g., Communities of Practice and working groups)
Stay current on new and evolving agile/lean techniques and leadership practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent education/experience combination
10+ years of experience in IT delivery, including part of that experience working on an agile team
4–6 years working on an enterprise agile transformation, preferably in a lead or agile coaching role

Preferred Qualifications

Agile and/or Scrum certifications such as:
- Professional Agile Leadership (PAL-E)
- Professional Agile Leadership – EBM (PAL-EBM)
- Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK)
- Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS)
