Enterprise Account Manager

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Afresh Technologies, you will drive revenue, retention, and expansion across a strategic enterprise account portfolio. You will be the single point of accountability for external customer interactions and lead executive-level discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, retention, and expansion targets for strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, reaching up to the C-suite.
• Lead executive-level discovery sessions and manage complex, multi-thread stakeholder networks.
• Drive highly complex negotiations for multi-year renewals and expansion contracts, including structuring unique commercial arrangements.
• Partner with internal teams to align on customer needs and ensure commercial execution.

Requirements

• BA/BS required.
• 8+ years in enterprise sales, consulting, or strategic account management within a technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex technology platforms and apply value selling to different economic decision makers.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• 3+ years generating new business within enterprise accounts (e.g., Fortune 100).
• Track record of high retention (95%+) and meaningful expansion.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and internal politics to drive cross-functional alignment for the customer.

Nice to Have

• Experience in supply chain or retail/grocery industries.
