About the role

Role Overview

Join ServiceNow as an Enterprise Account Executive (Enterprise Tech, Cybersecurity). You will drive new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model, building executive relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to customers.

Key Missions

Produce new business sales revenue via account planning and field-based sales activities.
Build relationships with multiple C-suite personas and oversee client relationship mapping across the account team.
Identify and engage the right specialist/support resources at the right time to help close deals.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

7+ years of software or solutions sales experience.
Experience working in a customer-success-focused, “win as a team” environment.
Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
Ability to understand the bigger picture and align with IT strategy.
Proven ability to generate new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-level relationships.
Experience achieving sales targets.

Experience leveraging or thinking critically about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, AI-driven insights, automation, or AI’s impact on the function/industry.
