Enterprise Account Executive (Commercial, Cybersecurity, Financial Services)

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive (Commercial, Cybersecurity, Financial Services) at ServiceNow, you will drive new business sales revenue using a SaaS license model. You’ll build executive relationships, map client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to your customers.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Generate new business revenue via SaaS license sales through account planning and field-based sales activities.
• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas and manage client relationship mapping with the account team.
• Identify and engage the right specialist/support resources at the right time to win deals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and support a customer-success mindset in a “win as a team” environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience selling cybersecurity products.
• Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain strong C-level relationships.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand the “bigger picture” of customers’ IT plans and priorities.

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or assessing AI impact).
