About the role
Role Overview
Enterprise Account Executive to own enterprise EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) software sales end-to-end. You’ll sell Haven’s AI platform to Fortune 1000 executives and help customers rethink how work gets done through AI.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise sales opportunities from qualification through close
- Build executive relationships across Safety, Operations, IT, Risk, and Procurement
- Run consultative discovery and business value discussions
- Demonstrate the platform and ROI, including pilots and proof-of-value
- Build business cases and ROI models
- Navigate procurement, security, and legal reviews
- Partner with Customer Success during implementation
- Represent Haven at industry events
- Consistently exceed revenue targets
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B software sales
- Proven success selling to Fortune 1000 organizations
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Track record of exceeding quota
- Ability to build executive relationships with EHS/Operations/Risk/Operational Excellence leaders
- Strong consultative selling and excellent executive communication/presentation skills
- Experience navigating procurement, security, and legal reviews
Nice to Haves
- AI or advanced analytics solution selling
- Experience in high-risk industries (utilities, Oil & Gas, construction, manufacturing, mining, chemicals, etc.)
- Experience selling to venture-backed/early-stage SaaS
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger
- Direct experience selling EHS software
