Entegral Sr. Product Manager

Role Overview

Entegral is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Product Manager 2) to manage product features and oversee product lifecycles across different growth stages (growth, maintenance, or sunset). The role owns parts of the product strategy, drives product decisions, and ensures delivery aligns with performance metrics and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Apply product management expertise across market trends, customer needs, and cost management
• Own segments of the product strategy and drive product decisions
• Manage product backlogs and oversee development of new product features
• Oversee product lifecycles for features/products in various stages
• Ensure key performance metrics and business objectives are met

Requirements

• Solid understanding of product management
• Ability to evaluate customer needs and market trends
• Experience with backlog management and product lifecycle ownership
• Working style suited to an agile methodology environment

Location / Work Setup

• Teleworking-first: work from home and hybrid employees
• Work-from-home eligibility for residents of: AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $119,600 - $149,600 (base pay depends on factors including location and qualifications)
• May include bonuses depending on position
