About the role

Role Overview

The Associate Customer Delivery Manager (ACDM) supports customers implementing and integrating Entegral’s SaaS solutions for the insurance replacement and automotive repair markets. This customer-facing role spans the delivery lifecycle from discovery through onboarding.

Responsibilities

Provide product and technical guidance to customers during implementation and integration
Own delivery end-to-end from discovery to onboarding
Lead consultation and project management activities
Support integration and testing efforts
Deliver training to customers
Facilitate successful UI and API product implementation
Apply critical thinking and self-starter problem-solving to ensure high-quality customer outcomes
Operate effectively in an Agile environment
Manage multiple deliveries/projects (responsibilities continue beyond the provided text)

Requirements

Experience with project management and delivery coordination
Ability to support UI and API product implementation
Strong critical thinking and consultative communication with customers
Experience working in an Agile methodology environment

Nice-to-haves

Experience delivering SaaS implementations in the insurance or automotive repair domain
Familiarity with customer onboarding and enablement/training

Work Location / Eligibility

Teleworking-first: work from home and hybrid options
