Join Zefir as an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team. You’ll set engineering vision aligned with business goals, make technical decisions, and coach engineers to help them develop their skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit and grow the engineering team by refining hiring processes and attracting top talent.
Lead engineering execution by building and directing a strong engineering team and aligning engineering work with commercial objectives.
Own technical decision-making to support complex implementations while adapting quickly to company growth.
Mentor engineers and drive their career development.

Requirements

8+ years of engineering experience, including 1+ years of management experience.
Experience building end-to-end (full-stack) products, covering frontend, APIs, and backend with architectural complexity.
Strong product-focused mindset, with emphasis on customer impact.
Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive change.
