Profile: - Great recruiting experience in building talent dense teams - Obsession with the user experience - Adaptability to be ready and able to lead through changing needed requirements - 4+ years of engineering management experience with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams. Proven experience delivering ambitious projects that require coordinating across multiple teams / departments - Excellent communication skills to balance technical leadership with people management, including mentoring, performance management, and career development - Deep technical experience in many of the following: React, CSS, CSS frameworks, mobile web, Figma - Active Replit user - Experience building products that use AI - Background or experience in Design
