Key missions: Lead and manage a team of 4-7 engineers, focusing on recruitment, mentoring, leadership, and performance management.. Collaborate with Product Managers to define product roadmaps, plan and drive project execution, and ensure product quality and user experience.. Oversee technical design documentation and decisions, and assist with sales and customer calls to provide technical expertise. Profile: - Proficient in agile team software development and strong Project Management, delivering complex projects within defined timelines and resource constraints - 2+ years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a team of remote engineers, including hiring, retaining, and managing performance - Adept at collaborating cross-functionally, communicating effectively, and aligning efforts to achieve common goals - 5+ years of work experience in a Software Engineering role, with proven technical leadership skills and expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions - Passionate about technology, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements - Ruby experience
