As an Engineering Manager at RevenueCat, you will lead a distributed engineering team, collaborate closely with other functions, and drive execution against the engineering roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team by recruiting, supporting, and coaching engineers to deliver consistently.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Support to define team direction and anticipate strategic challenges.
Coach and manage engineers to support their professional growth and improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

Experience leading and coaching engineering teams in a distributed environment.
Ability to partner effectively with product, design, and support teams.
Strong execution skills to drive delivery against a roadmap.

Nice to Haves

Background in subscription or developer platform domains (in-app subscriptions).
