Engineering Manager (Revenue Growth)

Role Overview

As an Engineering Manager (Revenue Growth) at GameChanger, you will lead a team of engineers to accelerate revenue growth through experimentation and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & people leadership: Coach and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, set clear expectations, and create opportunities for skill development.
• Experimentation roadmap: Partner cross-functionally to shape and drive the experimentation roadmap, manage trade-offs, and ensure predictable delivery.
• Experimentation platform technical direction: Guide the technical direction of the experimentation platform.
• Experimentation culture: Promote a culture of experimentation by ensuring teams instrument features correctly, design reliable tests, and iterate quickly to generate insights.
• Engineering rigor: Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and system health for both short-term tests and long-term investments.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading engineering teams and 5+ years software development experience, including architectural design and technical direction.
• Technically fluent across native iOS or Android, web, and backend development.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment, with understanding of how A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioral data inform decisions.
• Belief that speed and engineering rigor work together; hold the same bar for experimental work as core product.
• Strong judgment and ownership; turn ambiguity into clear plans, aligned priorities, and shippable increments.
