Engineering Manager (Lime Vision)

Role Overview

Engineering Manager for Lime Vision, leading a team of computer vision and machine learning engineers. You will set the technical direction for Lime’s vision capabilities, drive execution, and support organizational growth.

Key Missions

• Lead & mentor a high-performing team of computer vision and ML engineers; build a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Drive technical strategy and execution for computer vision initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for computer vision capabilities, aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build high-performing engineering teams and drive execution (prioritization, delegation, and stakeholder management).
• 3+ years experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• 8+ years experience in computer vision, machine learning, AI, or related fields with a track record delivering production-grade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field).
• Strong technical depth in computer vision, machine learning, system design, and software engineering.
• Experience building, deploying, and operating ML systems in production, including edge AI and modern MLOps.
• Experience driving technical strategy and architecture with cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, AI, Robotics, or related.
