Engineering Manager (Lime Vision)

Role overview

As an Engineering Manager for Lime Vision, you will lead a team of computer vision and machine learning engineers, setting technical direction and driving execution across the ML lifecycle. You will define the long-term vision for Lime Vision’s computer vision capabilities and help grow the organization’s engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of computer vision and machine learning engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Drive technical strategy and execution for computer vision initiatives, aligning investment with company objectives.
• Own the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including:
  • model development
  • deployment
  • monitoring
  • continuous improvement
• Ensure high-quality execution and modern production-grade ML operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years delivering production-grade systems in Computer Vision / Machine Learning / AI.
• 3+ years leading and developing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating ML systems in production, including edge AI environments and modern MLOps.
• Proven ability to lead architecture and technical strategy across cross-functional teams, delivering business outcomes.
• Strong technical depth in computer vision, machine learning, system design, and software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• Ability to execute through prioritization, delegation, and stakeholder management.

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
