Role Overview

Join Wrapbook as an Engineering Manager (Integrations) and lead the Integration team. You’ll combine hands-on technical work with people leadership to build high-performing teams and deliver products built on robust data integrations.

Key Missions

Lead and grow the Integration team to build high-performance teams that deliver products and ensure timely delivery of customer value.
Collaborate with Product to build technical roadmaps aligned with business goals, and advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items.
Provide technical direction through:
- technical design reviews,
- pair programming,
- acting as a technical influencer across the company.
Advocate for quick, iterative development and maintain a strong focus on quality and technical excellence.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence across the organization.
Experience building and successfully growing development teams.
Experience with accounting systems and basic accounting principles.
Technical expertise in one or more relevant areas, especially:
- design, implementation, and maintenance of accounting integrations,
- data exchange systems,
- enterprise data management,
- APIs.
Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working in Scrum or Agile teams.
Experience designing and developing data-centric systems, including ETL and API systems.
Over 2 years of proven leadership and management experience.
