Role overview

Engineering Manager for Infrastructure & DevOps. You will lead a team responsible for delivering and operating infrastructure that supports critical production systems. The role emphasizes people leadership, prioritization, and reliability, supported by a strong technical foundation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an Infrastructure/DevOps engineering team; support sustainable workloads and long-term engagement
• Own planning and delivery, ensuring priorities are clear and commitments are met
• Drive system reliability through incident response and post-incident follow-ups with measurable improvements
• Provide technical oversight by reviewing designs and guiding architectural decisions and trade-offs
• Ensure documentation, runbooks, and operational standards are maintained and continuously improved
• Serve as primary accountability point when partnering with cross-functional teams to enable infrastructure work

Requirements

• Experience managing engineers in a people leadership role
• Background in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Hands-on experience operating production systems in AWS
• Strong working knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and containerized systems
• Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform required
• Ability to lead teams through incidents with a focus on learning and improvement
