Engineering Manager

Join Grafana Labs as an Engineering Manager for the Alloy team. In this remote role, you will manage and develop a team of engineers, support collaboration with the OpenTelemetry collector community, and ensure customer success. You will also work closely with product and engineering leadership, provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle, foster a psychologically safe environment, and contribute to projects outside your team's scope.
