Engineering Manager, Full Stack & Data

Role Overview

Engineering Manager for Full Stack & Data at Overstory (Full Remote). You will lead cross-functional teams, manage up to 10 engineers, and drive delivery through collaboration, support, and clear technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a data-focused engineering team (up to 10 engineers), enabling engineers to ship high-quality data platforms and pipelines.
• Attract, recruit, and help grow talent to strengthen the teams.
• Ensure technical direction, delivery outcomes, and team productivity.
• Partner with Product leaders, Machine Learning engineers, and other stakeholders to make informed decisions on data architecture.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams and driving delivery outcomes.
• Ability to manage and coach engineers to improve productivity and execution.
• Familiarity with building and operating data platforms and data pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and ML stakeholders.
