Join Float as an Engineering Manager to lead the newly separated Bill Pay team. This role involves overseeing delivery, team operations, people management, and people development. You will partner closely with Product, balance near-term product delivery with remediation of legacy technical debt, and own observability and monitoring for the systems and experiences the team is responsible for.
