Role overview

Lead engineering execution and modernization efforts while mentoring the team. You will drive the roadmap, raise the technical bar, and translate technical gaps into actionable plans for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Proactively execute the team roadmap and deliver data-driven action plans to hit key business milestones
Lead the strategic modernization of application architecture to reduce complexity and enable faster product iterations
Raise the technical bar via mentorship, high-level code reviews, and adherence to modern engineering best practices
Break down silos and solve strategic, cross-functional technical and product problems

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience
3+ years in a formal leadership or management role within a product development organization
Strong full-stack engineering foundation; able to code and dive deep into technical and architectural discussions
Experience shaping complex architectures with focus on performance, scalability, and navigating zero-to-one ambiguity
Mentor mindset: coach engineers through technical hurdles and help them grow toward senior/staff levels
Effective communicator: translate technical gaps into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
Deep B2C product focus in high-growth, high-scale customer-facing environments
