Requirements

• 8+ years software development experience, ideally in the Billing domain.
• Proven ability to set technical strategy and connect it to team execution (not only delivery, but shaping direction).
• 5+ years engineering management experience delivering business-impactful solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strategic mindset.
• Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong roadmap and planning skills: capacity planning, evaluating trade-offs, and stakeholder negotiation.
• Ability to influence across functions and build trust with non-engineering stakeholders (e.g., RCM, Finance, Accounting, Compliance) in ambiguous settings.
• Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop engineering talent.
