Join Shine as an Engineering Manager (Banking). You will lead a squad of 4–8 engineers, supporting their growth, ensuring high-quality technical decisions, and enabling reliable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach engineers by setting clear expectations and supporting individual professional development.
- Define team objectives and ensure they are grounded in customer needs, business priorities, and technical realities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Compliance, Operations, and other engineering teams.
- Align on compliance and operations across shared scope and dependencies.
Requirements
- Experience managing and coaching engineering teams (4–8 engineers).
- Ability to drive delivery while maintaining technical quality.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across product, design, compliance, operations, and engineering.
Nice to haves
- Experience in the banking/fintech domain.
