Profile: - Golang experience is a plus - Track records of successfully delivering high-impact production services - 7+ years of experience working as Software Engineer - 3+ years of experience managing or leading team - Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results - Experience working in banks or similar domain - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience managing high-functioning remote team with autonomy
