Actively participate in architecture reviews, technical design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and critical implementation efforts.. Define and execute Procurify's AI Engineering strategy, building AI capabilities that directly shape the future of the platform. Profile: - Proven Leadership: 8+ years of software engineering experience. 3+ years leading software engineering teams. 3-5+ years building and deploying AI-powered products or platforms in production environments. Demonstrated success operating as a technical leader in a player-coach capacity - Production machine learning services - Agentic AI workflows - LLM-powered applications - AI orchestration frameworks - AI Engineering Expertise Strong hands-on experience building and operating: - AI evaluation and monitoring systems - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems - Databricks - Vector databases - Python - Experience working with technologies such as: - Azure OpenAI and/or AWS Bedrock - Kubernetes - LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks - ML/LLMOps tooling - Large Language Models - Generative AI - Empathetic & Accountable: A self-driven, accountable leader who thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and leads with empathy, compassion, and a people-first approach - Architectural Acumen: Proven ability to architect and scale distributed systems, AI platforms, and customer-facing software products.
