Engineer II, QA

Role Overview

Engineer II, QA at Bellese Technologies, supporting the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) software used by hospitals to submit quality measure data to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

What You’ll Do

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to integrate quality across the full SDLC.
• Test planning & design: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation aligned to specs and user requirements.
• Bug tracking & resolution: Use bug-tracking tools to document, prioritize, and track defects; drive timely issue resolution through clear communication.
• Quality metrics & standards: Define and enforce QA best practices, and measure quality throughout development.
• Automate testing: Improve test coverage, speed, and accuracy to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuous improvement: Evaluate and recommend new QA tools, frameworks, and techniques; stay current with industry trends.
• Compliance & regulatory adherence: Ensure testing meets industry standards and regulatory requirements, including audit-ready documentation.
• Performance & security testing: Conduct performance and security testing based on best practices and business requirements.

Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card only (no sponsorship)
• US residency for at least the past 3 years
• Able to meet Public Trust requirements, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation
