Role Overview

Stone is hiring an Software Engineer III (Go/Golang) for Stone Tech, within a technology ecosystem spanning Stone’s products and related financial brands. The role focuses on building and improving payment-related platforms with a strong emphasis on ownership, learning, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve backend services and systems using Golang.
Deliver features with an ownership mindset (Own It) and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real customer problems and measure impact.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and solutions.

Requirements

Strong software engineering experience with Go (Golang).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ownership and proactivity in delivery and continuous learning.

Nice to Have

Experience with payment domain platforms or fintech-scale systems.
Familiarity with modern backend engineering practices and delivery workflows.
