Engagement/ Delivery Lead

Role Overview

Engagement/Delivery Lead responsible for technology rollout readiness and project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and operational transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology rollout readiness activities to support successful deployment across multiple locations.
• Drive change enablement initiatives to improve user adoption and smooth operational transition.
• Plan, manage, and track milestone-based delivery to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for technology implementation and deployment.
• Provide field operations support, resolving issues affecting distributed users.
• Collaborate with field users, technicians, and business stakeholders across the rollout lifecycle.
• Monitor project scope, identify deviations, and apply scope control measures.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Manage change requests and ensure alignment with objectives and governance standards.
• Facilitate executive governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership status updates.
• Establish and maintain project operating cadence and report progress, milestones, and action items.
• Ensure operational readiness and stakeholder alignment for successful adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• Experience leading technology rollout readiness and/or project delivery with milestone-based tracking.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support field operations.
• Strong skills in scope control, RAID management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience facilitating governance/steering meetings and providing leadership status updates.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with distributed/multi-site deployments and operational transition/change management.
• Familiarity with governance standards for managing change requests.
