Email Marketing Implementor / Developer

Role Overview

Detail-oriented Klaviyo Implementor / Developer focused on pure execution. You’ll build and maintain Klaviyo email programs across a portfolio of ecommerce clients and ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Klaviyo email flows including:
  • Welcome Series
  • Abandoned Cart
  • Browse Abandonment
  • Post-Purchase
  • Win-Back
• Implement email designs from Figma into Klaviyo accurately and on time
• Create and manage signup forms (pop-ups, embedded forms, landing page integrations)
• Build and maintain audience segments based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
• Set up and schedule one-time campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Pull performance reports and identify drop-off points or technical issues
• QA emails across devices and email clients prior to deployment
• Manage Shopify–Klaviyo integrations, including app configuration and event tracking

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience building flows, campaigns, and segments
• Experience implementing Figma email designs into Klaviyo
• Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo integration setup
• Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple client accounts
• Comfortable working async in a remote-first environment
• Strong written English for internal communication and documentation
• Experience with signup form setup and list management
• Ability to pull and interpret Klaviyo analytics
